Resilience among students

I’m inspired by the research for the Global Project and Change Mangagement course at Windesheim Honours College, Windesheim.
I am investigating whether we can include ‘resilience’ in the curriculum. Jolien Dopmeijer’s research shows that the psychological condition among a lot of students is frail. As a storyteller, I understand that it is not always about finding professional help, but also about being heard and that students can strengthen each other in that sense. But how? And is there room for this within the curriculum? Can resilience be learned and if so? How? Interesting questions on my learning journey 😉 #Students #MentalHealth #Storytelling
