Voor het honoursprogramma Global Project and Change Management van Windesheim heb ik de Resiliency Labs bedacht. Dit naar aanleiding van actieonderzoek dat ik in 2021 deed over de vraag hoe veerkracht ingebed kon worden in het curriculum. De huidige vorm van de Resiliency Labs is het resultaat van een nauwe samenwerking van studenten, docenten en studentbegeleiders. Uit vier tot zes Resiliency Labs met verschillende onderwerpen (o.a. kickboksen, kunst, muziek, dans en life skills) kiezen studenten er een. In vier opeenvolgende, ervaringsgerichte workshops vergroten zij hun persoonlijke en collectieve veerkracht. De labs zijn geïntegreerd in het formele curriculum van de opleiding. De groepen zijn een mix van eerste- en tweedejaarsstudenten.

It is the first award to focus specifically on different dimensions of the universities’ third mission. Implemented regionally, the Triple E Awards aim to foster change in universities and to emphasize their role in their communities and ecosystems.
